    Talin Grigorian in an associate practicing in the areas of general civil litigation, construction law, homeowner association law, real estate law, and transactional law.   Ms. Grigorian is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California and the State of New York.  She has successfully handled a variety of cases with the firm, including representing individuals and companies as both plaintiff and defendant.
 
     Ms. Grigorian earned her bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) and master’s degree (LL.M) in international law from Shahid Beheshti University, one of the top public regional universities.  Her graduate dissertation, “Conflict of Laws in International Commercial Arbitration,” centered on her interest in international business transactions.  Ms. Grigorian also earned an LL.M in U.S. Legal Studies from the University of California Hastings College of the Law.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Grigorian has worked for a law firm outside of the United States, handling domestic corporate transactions and international business transactions for large multi-national conglomerates.  She is fluent in both Farsi and Armenian.
